Each tranche totals RMB 900 million, or RMB 1.8 billion combined, with a three-year term and a 1.56% rate, accruing interest from 23 September 2026 and redeemable on 23 September 2029. They were publicly issued in the domestic interbank bond market by bookbuilding and centralised placement, with ICBC and Ping An Bank as bookrunners.
The notes were issued under the Company's registered multi-product debt financing instrument (DFI) programme, announced on 10 September 2025, and the proceeds will be used by its subsidiaries to repay borrowings.
