Both tranches have a term of five years, a face value of RMB 100 and an issue rate of 1.69%, with a value date of 17 September 2026 and a redemption date of 17 September 2031. Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited acted as bookrunner and organised the underwriting syndicate for the seventh tranche, and China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd. for the eighth tranche, with both publicly issued in the domestic interbank bond market in the PRC through book building and centralised placement. The proceeds from the notes will be used in full by subsidiaries of the Company to repay borrowings.
