The base offering size was USD 300 million, increasing to a maximum offering size of USD 345 million upon exercise of the over-allotment option, with cornerstone investment totalling USD 186 million.
The Company is the first "eye-brain-hand" embodied intelligence stock on the Hong Kong market. On its debut day, the Company's shares closed at HKD 99.8, down 1.87% from the offer price.
