Mech-Mind(09615.HK): stabilisation period ends, over-allotment option lapses

NewTimeSpace News: Mech-Mind Robotics Technologies Co., Ltd. (09615.HK) said on 27 September that the stabilisation period in connection with the Global Offering ended on Saturday, 26 September 2026, being the 30th day after the last day for the lodging of applications under the Hong Kong Public Offering. The Sponsor-Overall Coordinators (for themselves and on behalf of the International Underwriters) did not exercise the Over-allotment Option during the stabilisation period, and the option lapsed on 26 September 2026. Accordingly, no H Shares were or will be issued under the Over-allotment Option.

The stabilising actions undertaken during the period included over-allocations of an aggregate of 3,471,060 H Shares in the International Offering, representing approximately 15% of the total number of Offer Shares initially offered under the Global Offering before any exercise of the Over-allotment Option, and successive purchases of an aggregate of 3,471,060 H Shares at a price in the range of HK$76.10 to HK$101.70 per H Share on the market. The last purchase on the market was made on 25 September 2026 at HK$84.60 per H Share.

Immediately after the end of the stabilisation period, the company complies and will continue to comply with the public float requirements pursuant to Rule 19A.13A of the Listing Rules.
