According to broker data, as of 11:10 a.m. on 27 August, total margin financing reached HKD 347.22 billion, representing approximately 2,950.76 times the public offering size of HKD 118 million.

The company is offering a total of 23,140,590 H shares globally, comprising 1,157,040 shares under the Hong Kong public offering, or 5.00% of the global offering, and 21,983,550 shares under the international placing, or 95.00%. The offer price range is HKD 95.300 to HKD 101.700 per share, implying total gross proceeds of approximately HKD 2.205 billion to HKD 2.353 billion. After deducting listing expenses of HKD 150 million, net proceeds are estimated at approximately HKD 2.129 billion.

The subscription period ran from 24 August to 27 August 2026. Results are expected to be announced on 31 August 2026, with trading expected to commence on the HKEX on 1 September 2026. Each board lot consists of 30 shares, with an entry fee of HKD 3,081.76 per lot.

In terms of use of proceeds, approximately 31.8%, or HKD 677.4 million, will be used to fund product and technology R&D; about 25.2%, or HKD 537.1 million, for enriching the product portfolio and expanding application scenarios; about 29.4%, or HKD 627.0 million, for expanding global influence and accelerating commercialization; about 5.0%, or HKD 105.7 million, for expanding production capacity and improving operational efficiency; and about 8.6%, or HKD 181.9 million, for working capital and general corporate purposes.
