Mech-Mind Robotics Receives CSRC Filing Approval for Overseas Listing: Plans to Issue up to 27.48 Million H-Shares, with 32 Shareholders' 89.92 Million Domestic Unlisted Shares for "Full Circulation"

NewTimeSpace News: Mech-Mind Robotics has received a filing notice from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) for overseas issuance and listing and the "full circulation" of domestic unlisted shares, under which the Company plans to issue no more than 27,479,850 overseas-listed ordinary shares for listing on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

According to the filing notice, 32 shareholders of the Company plan to convert an aggregate of 89,924,180 domestic unlisted shares they hold into overseas-listed shares for listing and circulation on HKEX. If the Company fails to complete the overseas issuance, listing and share conversion within 12 months from the date of the filing notice and intends to continue, it must update the filing materials; within 15 working days after completing the overseas issuance and listing, it shall report the issuance and listing status through the CSRC's filing management information system. The filing notice only confirms the Company's overseas issuance and listing and "full circulation" filing information and does not constitute a judgment or guarantee by the CSRC regarding the investment value of the Company's securities or investor returns.
