SHEIN Group-W (00625.HK): Launches Global Offering, Offer Price Set at HK$49.50 Per Share

NewTimeSpace News: On August 24, 2026, SHEIN Group-W (00625.HK) announced the official launch of its global offering. An initial 279,992,500 Class B shares are offered (subject to reallocation and the exercise of the over-allotment option), comprising 27,999,300 shares for Hong Kong public offering and 251,993,200 shares for international offering. The maximum offer price is HK$49.50 per share (plus brokerage commission, trading levy and other fees). The Hong Kong public offering commences at 9:00 a.m. on August 24, 2026 and closes at 12:00 noon on August 27, 2026.

According to the announcement, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan act as joint sponsors, sponsors and global coordinators, joint global coordinators, joint bookrunners and joint lead managers for the global offering. Guotai Haitong / Haitong International and UBS Group serve as global coordinators, joint global coordinators, joint bookrunners and joint lead managers. HSBC, BofA Securities, Banco Santander and East West Bank are appointed as joint bookrunners and joint lead managers.
