SHEIN-W (00625.HK): Final offer price set at HKD 48.56 per share, trading to commence on 1 September

The final offer price is HKD 48.56 per offer share, with a total of 279,992,500 Class B shares offered, comprising 27,999,300 shares under the Hong Kong public offering and 251,993,200 shares under the international offering (both subject to the exercise of the over-allotment option). The Company is controlled by weighted voting rights, with the stock short name SHEIN-W, and trading is expected to commence on the Stock Exchange at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 1 September 2026, in board lots of 100 shares.

The Hong Kong public offering received 35,751 valid applications, of which 18,673 were successful, representing an over-subscription of 5.63 times, with the clawback mechanism not triggered. The international offering attracted 106 placees, representing an over-subscription of 2.59 times. Based on the final offer price, gross proceeds amount to approximately HKD 13,596.4 million, and after deducting estimated listing expenses of HKD 382.3 million, net proceeds amount to approximately HKD 13,214.1 million.
