According to broker data, as of 11:10 a.m. on 27 August, total margin financing reached HKD 6.465 billion, representing approximately 4.66 times the public offering size of HKD 1.386 billion.

The company is offering a total of 280 million H shares globally, comprising 27,999,300 shares under the Hong Kong public offering, or 10.00% of the global offering, and 252 million shares under the international placing, or 90.00%. The offer price range is HKD 47.600 to HKD 49.500 per share, implying total gross proceeds of approximately HKD 13.328 billion to HKD 13.860 billion. After deducting listing expenses of HKD 471 million, net proceeds are estimated at approximately HKD 13.123 billion.

The subscription period ran from 24 August to 27 August 2026. Results are expected to be announced on 31 August 2026, with trading expected to commence on the HKEX on 1 September 2026. Each board lot consists of 100 shares, with an entry fee of HKD 4,999.92 per lot. The offering represents approximately 6.59% of the post-issue total share capital of approximately 4.227 billion shares.

In terms of use of proceeds, approximately 40%, or HKD 5.249 billion, will be used to enhance technological capabilities; about 40%, or HKD 5.249 billion, for raising brand awareness and strengthening the global footprint; about 10%, or HKD 1.312 billion, for reinforcing corporate responsibility; and about 10%, or HKD 1.312 billion, for general corporate purposes.
