China Everbright Greentech (01257.HK): Completes Issuance of Phase 2 2026 Green Medium-Term Notes (Carbon Neutrality Bonds) Worth RMB 1 Billion
NewTimeSpace News: On 13 July 2026, China Everbright Greentech (01257.HK) issued an announcement. Phase 2 2026 Green Medium-Term Notes (Carbon Neutrality Bonds) were fully issued on the National Interbank Bond Market on 9 July.
The notes carry a principal value of RMB 1 billion with a two-year maturity. The interest commencement date falls on 10 July and the maturity repayment date is 10 July 2028. The coupon rate stands at 1.61%, and the notes are issued at par. Everbright Securities acts as the principal underwriter, while SPD Bank serves as the joint principal underwriter. The public offering was conducted via book-building and centralized allocation.
Net proceeds after deducting issuance expenses will be used to repay the Group’s interest-bearing debts, supplement working capital, and fund the construction of environmental protection projects.
