China Everbright Greentech (01257.HK): Entered Framework Agreements for Hazardous Waste Disposal Services Covering 2026 to 2028

NewTimeSpace News: China Everbright Greentech announced on June 17 that the Company has entered separate framework agreements for hazardous waste disposal services spanning 2026 to 2028 with Everbright Environment China and Everbright Water, subsidiaries of its controlling shareholder Everbright Environment. The agreements have a term of approximately two and a half years, with an aggregated annual cap of around RMB 4 million per annum.

NewTimeSpace News: On June 17, 2026, China Everbright Greentech (01257.HK) issued an announcement stating that the Company has signed respective framework agreements for hazardous waste disposal services for the period 2026 to 2028 with Everbright Environment China and Everbright Water. Under the arrangements, subsidiaries of the Company will provide hazardous waste disposal services to their respective subsidiaries, with the term effective from the signing date of the agreements until 31 December 2028.

Pursuant to the agreements, the annual transaction cap applicable to subsidiaries of Everbright Environment China is RMB 3.386 million, while that for subsidiaries of Everbright Water stands at RMB 0.614 million, representing an aggregate annual ceiling of approximately RMB 4 million.
