Mei Zhe is appointed as Board Secretary, Joint Company Secretary and Authorised Representative. Ms Mei previously served as Company Secretary of China New Town Development Company Limited (01278.HK) and holds relevant professional qualifications. Former Authorised Representative Ma Wing Yee will remain as Company Secretary and Process Agent.

Limited (01666.HK) issued an announcement stating that with effect from 9 July 2026, Mr Han Guanzhao has resigned as Board Secretary due to work rearrangement. Ms Ma Wing Yee will cease to act as an Authorised Representative, while continuing to serve as Company Secretary and Process Agent of the Company. Meanwhile, Ms Mei Zhe has been appointed as Authorised Representative, Board Secretary and Joint Company Secretary to serve jointly with Ms Ma.
Aged 37, Ms Mei holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Monash University and a Master of Corporate Governance from Hong Kong Metropolitan University. She is a Fellow of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute (UK), and previously worked as Company Secretary of China New Town Development Company Limited (01278.HK). Both Mr Han and Ms Ma confirmed that there is no disagreement with the Board of Directors.
