Creality 3D (03388.HK): Xie Wujian Resigns as CFO, Deputy GM, Secretary and Joint Company Secretary

NewTimeSpace.com reports, Shenzhen Creality 3D Technology Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 3388) announced that Mr. Xie Wujian has tendered his resignation as the company's chief financial officer, deputy general manager, board secretary and joint company secretary due to personal development plans, effective from 8 July 2026. Following Mr. Xie's resignation, the group's board affairs, corporate governance, capital and financial management, investor relations and securities matters will continue to be led by the company's executive directors. Ms. Yang Xiaohui, the company's other joint company secretary, will continue to serve and act as the sole company secretary, possessing the qualifications and experience required under Rules 3.28 and 8.17 of the Listing Rules. The board considers that Mr. Xie's resignation will not have any material adverse effect on the group's financial operations and management. Mr. Xie has confirmed to the board that he has no disagreements with the board and there are no other matters relating to his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of shareholders or the Stock Exchange.
