CREALITY (03388.HK): plans on-market H-share buyback of up to US$50 million under general mandate
NewTimeSpace News: On 5 November 2026, Shenzhen Creality 3D Technology Co., Ltd. (03388.HK) announced voluntarily that it plans to buy back its H shares in the open market under the general mandate approved at the annual general meeting on 30 June 2026, for a total of up to US$50 million or its equivalent in Hong Kong dollars.
The buyback period commenced upon the passing of the resolution at the AGM and will expire on the earliest of 31 March 2027 or the conclusion of the next AGM. The buyback will be funded by the company's internal resources or self-raised funds, and the repurchased H shares will be cancelled, held as treasury shares, sold or transferred as the board deems appropriate.
The board considers that the buyback will demonstrate the company's confidence in its business prospects and ultimately benefit the company and shareholders, and that its current financial resources will allow it to maintain a sound financial position while implementing the buyback. The company has not repurchased any H shares to date, and any buyback will be subject to market conditions and the board's discretion.
