China Feihe (06186.HK): Subscribes to RMB 300 Million Financial Products of SPD Bank

NewTimeSpace News: On 8 July 2026, China Feihe (06186.HK) issued an announcement. Its wholly-owned subsidiary Heilongjiang Feihe subscribed to the Shangxin Xinyue Fengli Collective Fund Trust Plan issued by SPD Bank with idle funds, involving an aggregate principal of RMB 300 million (including RMB 100 million for Phase 317 and RMB 200 million for Phase 227 of FL2001). Both tranches carry an expected annual yield of 2.30% and mature on 14 April 2027. The products are non-principal-guaranteed floating income products invested in fixed-income assets.

As stated in the announcement, China Feihe has subscribed to SPD Bank’s financial products on multiple occasions previously. As of the date of the announcement, the outstanding principal of such products totals RMB 2.4 billion.
