China Feihe (06186.HK): Acquisition of Land Use Rights at Consideration of RMB 28.4 Million

NewTimeSpace News: China Feihe disclosed in an announcement dated 28 July that Heilongjiang Feihe, its wholly-owned subsidiary, acquired two parcels of land and the factory buildings thereon located in Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province at a consideration of RMB 28.4 million. The total land area is approximately 62,700 square metres, and the assets will be utilised to expand production and warehousing operation capacity.

NewTimeSpace News: On 28 July 2026, China Feihe (06186.HK) issued an announcement, stating that Heilongjiang Feihe, its wholly-owned subsidiary, entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Heilongjiang Tengfei to acquire the land use rights of the property at a total consideration of RMB 28.4 million.

As disclosed in the announcement, the property comprises two land parcels covering roughly 62,700 square metres, a partially two-storey production workshop of about 6,015 square metres and relevant auxiliary facilities. Since Heilongjiang Tengfei is controlled by Mr. Leng Youbin, the Company’s executive Director and controlling shareholder, the transaction constitutes a connected transaction.
