Heilongjiang Feihe, its wholly-owned subsidiary, subscribed to Shangxin Ruby T+N Phase 132 financial products launched by SPD Bank with idle funds. The principal amounts to RMB 200 million with an expected annual yield of 2.30% and a maturity date of 14 April 2027. This non-principal-guaranteed floating-income product invests in fixed-income assets.

China Feihe has subscribed to SPD Bank’s financial products on multiple occasions previously. As of the date of this announcement, the outstanding principal of unexpired products totals RMB 2.6 billion.
