The offering introduced two cornerstone investors under BYD (01211.HK) and Zhongrun Optics (688307.SH), subscribing a total of about HKD 110 million, or about 16.13% of the offer shares, both subject to a six-month lock-up; industry data shows that the global robot vacuum spatial perception market was worth about RMB 3.1 billion in 2025 and is expected to expand to RMB 9.1 billion by 2030 at a compound growth rate of 24.3%, with laser radars growing at about 25.5% a year to RMB 5.2 billion.

For the first half of 2026, revenue was RMB 523 million, up 35.2% year on year; gross margin was 28.8%, up 3.4 percentage points from a year earlier; loss for the period was RMB 42.101 million, compared with a loss of RMB 13.78 million a year earlier; adjusted net loss was RMB 15.507 million, compared with adjusted net profit of RMB 2.178 million a year earlier. Smart robotic mower revenue was RMB 201 million, up 159.1% year on year, while overseas revenue was RMB 203 million, up 225.5% year on year. The company declared no interim dividend.
LDROBOT (01236.HK) focuses on intelligent robotics centred on visual perception technology, with products spanning visual perception sensors, algorithm modules and smart robotic mowers serving household, commercial and industrial applications. The company operates a twin-engine model of perception infrastructure plus embodied robot hardware; cumulative shipments of smart devices carrying its visual perception technology exceed 30 million units, and its customers include seven of the world's top ten household service robot companies and all of the world's top five commercial service robot companies. Based on 2024 revenue, it ranks first globally by share of the intelligent robot visual perception solutions market. Its ANTHBOT smart robotic mower brand serves the global yard market, with products sold in more than 50 countries and regions.
HUATAI SECURITIES believes that new embodied intelligence products are accelerating into the commercialisation and delivery stage and that, as delivery scale expands and more scenarios are replicated, platform synergies are expected to be further released.
