I. Market Overview
On September 14, 2026, the three major Hong Kong stock indices moved mixed, with the Hang Seng Index up 0.45%, the Hang Seng TECH Index down slightly by 0.06%, and the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index up 0.46%. The full-day market turnover was 192.6 billion HKD.
On the board, among Stock Connect constituent stocks, HQVT surged 29.69% as the company presented multispectral AI products and solutions at the 2026 China Emergency Exhibition; INNOCARE surged 14.55% as the company's bispecific antibody ADC drug was approved to conduct clinical trials for the treatment of prostate cancer and other solid tumors; ASYMCHEM surged 14.23%; STAR SHINE HLDG surged 13.82% as the company turned a profit in the first half of the year and its entry into Stock Connect further improved liquidity. HUABAO INTL surged 13.45% as the domestic HNB regulatory framework further took shape, with its tobacco flavor business expected to benefit. CREALIGHTS plunged 20.29% and DEEPZERO plunged 14.61%, as, disturbed by sentiment in the overseas AI industry chain, Hong Kong-listed memory chip, optical communications and AI-related stocks suffered a broad-based correction.

IV. Industry and Corporate Updates
1、Adjustment to the Hang Seng HKEX Stock Connect China Enterprises Index Takes Effect Today, with NETEASE-S and CMOC Included
The quarterly review results of the Hang Seng HKEX Stock Connect China Enterprises Index as of June 30, 2026, announced by Hang Seng Indexes Company and HKEX, take effect from September 14, 2026. The index covers 80 large Chinese companies within the scope of mutual market access targets, and the number of constituent stocks remains at 80 this time, with NETEASE-S (09999) and CMOC (603993.SH) added and SHANXI FEN WINE (600809.SH) and HAITIAN FLAV (603288.SH) removed. Also taking effect on the same day are the optimization of the compilation methodology of the HKEX Tech 100 Index and the corresponding constituent stock adjustments; the methodology expands coverage of emerging technology trends such as the AI industry chain, and adjusts the calculation of constituent stock weights, lowering the weight cap for a single constituent stock and adding an industry weight cap.
2、"Hang Seng Stock Connect High Dividend Low Volatility Index" Will Be Officially Renamed "Hang Seng Stock Connect Dividend Low Volatility Index"
The index renaming and compilation methodology adjustments announced by Hang Seng Indexes Company Limited in August this year will officially take effect on September 14, 2026. The "Hang Seng Stock Connect High Dividend Low Volatility Index" will be officially renamed the "Hang Seng Stock Connect Dividend Low Volatility Index". The China Merchants Hang Seng HK High Dividend Low Volatility ETF (520550), which tracks the index, and its feeder fund will also complete the renaming of their full names on the same day, while the fund code and on-exchange short name remain unchanged.
3、HANSOH PHARMA's HS-20093 for the Treatment of Small Cell Lung Cancer Included in the Priority Review and Approval Procedure
HANSOH PHARMA (03692) announced that the marketing application for Risvutatug Rezetecan for Injection (HS-20093) for the treatment of small cell lung cancer has been included in the priority review and approval procedure by the National Medical Products Administration. HS-20093 is a B7-H3-targeting antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) independently developed by the company; this represents progress for this product at the marketing registration stage, and the company did not disclose the review timeline or subsequent arrangements.
4、CHINAHONGQIAO's Subsidiary Plans to Acquire Weiqiao Xinchuang for RMB 240 Million, Adding Yunnan Photovoltaic Power Supply
CHINAHONGQIAO (01378) announced that its indirect subsidiary Yunnan Hongqiao plans to acquire the entire equity interest of Weiqiao Xinchuang from Binzhou Gongjian for a total consideration of approximately RMB 240 million. Weiqiao Xinchuang is mainly engaged in the photovoltaic new energy power generation business in the Yunnan region of China, and as at the date of the announcement it owned a total of 2 grid-connected photovoltaic power generation projects with a total rated installed capacity of 170MW. The company stated that Shandong Hongqiao Holdings is continuing to advance the relocation and commissioning of electrolytic aluminum production capacity, and that the key to stable and efficient business operations lies in a high-quality and reliable power supply; this acquisition will give the group greater autonomy in power supply, reduce its dependence on external power sources, and lower the operational risks arising from power supply interruptions.
5、SBP GROUP Plans to Acquire a 5% Stake in Chia Tai Tianqing for RMB 4.48 Billion, Raising Its Shareholding to 65%
SBP GROUP (01177) announced that the company, through its direct wholly-owned subsidiary Chia Tai Pharmaceutical (Lianyungang) Co., Ltd., entered into a sale and purchase agreement with the seller to acquire all the issued shares of Yonghua Venture Capital Limited, thereby indirectly acquiring a 5% stake in Chia Tai Tianqing for a consideration of RMB 4.48 billion; the seller is Xie Chengren, an executive director and substantial shareholder of the company, and the sale and purchase agreement was entered into on September 11, 2026. Chia Tai Tianqing is currently a subsidiary of the company, and upon completion of the transaction, the company's indirect shareholding in Chia Tai Tianqing will increase from 60% to 65%. The announcement disclosed that the consideration for this acquisition represents approximately 19 times the trailing price-to-earnings ratio.
