Capchem(300037.SZ) gets CSRC filing for H-share listing of up to 96,329,900 shares

NewTimeSpace News: Shenzhen Capchem Technology Co., Ltd. (300037.SZ) said on 24 September that it received on 24 September 2026 a notice of filing for overseas issuance and listing issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) (Guohehan [2026] No. 2282).

Under the filing notice, the company intends to issue no more than 96,329,900 overseas-listed ordinary shares and list on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. Before the completion of the overseas issuance and listing, the company shall report any material matters through the CSRC's filing administration information system in accordance with relevant rules. Within 15 working days after completing the overseas issuance and listing, the company shall report the status of the issuance and listing through the same system. If the company fails to complete the overseas issuance and listing within 12 months from the date of the filing notice and intends to proceed, it shall update the filing materials.
