CAPCHEM HKEX IPO Application Lapsed; World’s No.1 Capacitor Chemicals Producer for Five Consecutive Years, Leading Domestic Organic Fluorine Supplier

NewTimeSpace News: The listing application submitted by Shenzhen Capchem Technology Co., Ltd. to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 27 January 2026 has lapsed upon the expiry of the six-month validity period.

As an innovation-driven Chinese supplier of electronic chemicals and functional materials headquartered in China, the Company is principally engaged in the R&D, production, manufacturing and sales services of battery chemicals, organic fluorine chemicals and electronic information chemicals, delivering comprehensive solutions for new energy vehicles, energy storage systems, consumer electronics, AI and digital infrastructure, semiconductor manufacturing and other sectors. As at 30 September 2025, the Company has established 31 innovation platforms including a National Enterprise Technology Center, and operates 14 production bases worldwide.

The production and sales scale of HFPO and its downstream organic fluorine products ranked first domestically in 2024. The Company owns the most complete portfolio of high-end organic fluorine chemical products, and its HFE cleaning agent also took the leading position among domestic manufacturers in 2024, winning the National Single Champion in Manufacturing title as well.

Battery electrolyte stayed within the world’s top three from 2020 to 2024, recording a 13.5% global market share in 2024 and being recognised as a National Single Champion in Manufacturing.
