TRANSWARP (06727.HK): Offer Price Set at HKD 49.00 per Share, Listing on Main Board on 21 September

NewTimeSpace News: On 17 September 2026, Transwarp Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (06727.HK) announced that the Offer Price for its Global Offering has been determined at HK$49.00 per H Share.

The Company expects to announce details of the level of indications of interest in the International Offering, the level of applications in the Hong Kong Public Offering, the basis of allocations of the Hong Kong Offer Shares and the results of allocations in the Hong Kong Public Offering on Friday, 18 September 2026 in the manner described in the Prospectus. Assuming the Global Offering becomes unconditional at or before 8:00 a.m. on Monday, 21 September 2026 (Hong Kong time), dealings in the H Shares on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange are expected to commence at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, 21 September 2026 (Hong Kong time). The H Shares will be traded in board lots of 100 H Shares each and the stock code of the H Shares is 6727.

Potential investors in the Offer Shares should note that the Sponsor and the Sole Sponsor-Overall Coordinator (for themselves and on behalf of the other Hong Kong Underwriters) have the right to terminate their obligations under the Hong Kong Underwriting Agreement with immediate effect if any of the events set out in the section headed "Underwriting — Underwriting Arrangements and Expenses — Hong Kong Public Offering — Grounds for Termination" in the Prospectus occurs at any time before 8:00 a.m. (Hong Kong time) on the Listing Date, currently expected to be Monday, 21 September 2026.
