Under the global offering, the Company plans to offer 14,010,800 H shares, comprising 700,600 Hong Kong offer shares, or 5.00% of the global offering, and 13,310,200 international offer shares, or 95.00%, both subject to reallocation. The offer price ranges from HKD 49.00 to HKD 61.00 per share, with a board lot of 100 shares and an entrance fee of HKD 6,161.51. Based on that price range, gross proceeds are expected to be between about HKD 687 million and HKD 855 million, with net proceeds of about HKD 701 million, representing 10.37% of the enlarged share capital of 135 million shares. The Company is seeking a listing under Chapter 18C of the Listing Rules for specialist technology companies, with the offer period running from 11 September to 16 September 2026, allotment results to be announced on 18 September 2026 and the H shares expected to commence trading on the Main Board of HKEX on 21 September 2026.
About 30% of the net proceeds will be used to enhance and optimise the research and innovation capabilities of the Company's product and solution stack, about 20% to upgrade and expand the product and solution stack, about 15% to strengthen sales channels and teams in key markets in the Chinese Mainland and overseas, about 5% to enhance commercialisation capabilities and brand influence, about 20% for strategic investments and about 10% for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
