Tyligand: Re-Files for HKEX Listing for the Second Time; Core Product TSN1611 (KRAS G12D Inhibitor) in Phase 2 Clinical Trials

NewTimeSpace News: On 21 August 2026, Tyligand Bioscience Ltd. submitted a listing application to the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, with CITIC SEC acting as the sole sponsor. Founded in 2017, the Company is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery and development of oncology therapies.

According to the announcement, as of the latest practicable date, the Company's drug portfolio comprises four drug candidates, including its core product TSN1611, currently in Phase 2 clinical trials, one clinical-stage candidate TSN222, and two preclinical candidates, TSNA1789 and TSNA3339. TSN1611, an oral KRAS G12D inhibitor, is currently being evaluated in Phase 2 clinical trials in the United States and China. It is designed to simultaneously inhibit both the active (GTP-bound) and inactive (GDP-bound) states of the KRAS G12D protein, for the treatment of KRAS G12D-driven malignancies, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) and colorectal cancer (CRC).

In terms of clinical development, the Company has communicated with the FDA regarding the clinical development plan for TSN1611, including the requirements for initiating a registrational Phase 3 international multicenter clinical trial (MRCT) of TSN1611 as monotherapy for second-line and later-line treatment of NSCLC, and has received feedback; it also plans to communicate with the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) to seek approval to participate in the MRCT in China. The Company is developing TSN1611 as a monotherapy for second-line and later-line NSCLC, and is also developing combination therapies for first-line PDAC, first-line CRC and other advanced solid tumors.
