NewTimeSpace News: According to the CSRC International Department's public filing, Dongheng New Energy has received supplementary filing requirements for its overseas issuance and listing, and is required to provide supplementary explanations on three items with lawyers' verification and clear legal opinions.
The requirements include: issuing conclusive opinions on whether subscription prices of new shareholders added within 12 months before submitting the overseas issuance and listing filing application are fair and reasonable and whether there is interest transfer; explaining whether the consideration for the historical zero-price equity transfers is fair and reasonable and verifying the authenticity of such transactions, and whether there is shareholding nomination in the historical development; explaining whether shares held by shareholders proposed to participate in the "full circulation" are subject to pledge, freezing or other title defects; and explaining whether the constructed, under-construction and planned projects constitute "high energy consumption" or "high emission" projects given the fixed pollution source pollutant discharge registration qualifications held by the company and its subsidiaries.
