NewTimeSpace News: Ningbo Deye Technology Corporation filed its second listing application with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 28 July 2026. CICC, CITIC Securities and CMBI Investment serve as joint sponsors.
The Company is a global manufacturer of photovoltaic and energy storage products, with new energy business as its core growth driver. It focuses on energy storage inverters, photovoltaic inverters and energy storage battery packs, and has long engaged in environmental management equipment including dehumidifiers, solar air conditioners and heat exchangers. The Company entered the residential energy storage track in 2018 and launched energy storage inverters integrating multiple energy sources. It obtained UL certification for North America at an early stage, rolled out low-voltage residential energy storage inverters in the South African market, and subsequently replicated its business model to other international markets.
