NewTimeSpace News: The listing application submitted by Wayon Energy Technology Co., Ltd. to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 27 January 2026 has lapsed upon the expiry of the six-month validity period. CICC served as the original sole sponsor.

The Company is a digital energy solution provider deeply engaged in the Chinese market with continuously expanding global business footprint. It concentrates on three core business areas relating to intelligent power distribution networks, data centres and new energy storage. In the intelligent power distribution network segment, it supplies a portfolio of products including intelligent switchgears and high-efficiency transformers as well as intelligent power distribution solutions. For the data centre sector, its offerings comprise power distribution cabins and modules, IT cabins and skids, power distribution equipment, HVDC high-voltage direct current power supply systems and other products. Within new energy storage, the Company provides new energy storage systems, solar-storage microgrids and charging & battery swapping solutions.

The Company’s products and solutions are deployed in diverse scenarios including IDC, AIDC, power grids, power generation, public utilities as well as industrial and commercial facilities. The Company rolled out its globalisation strategy in 2022, with business coverage expanded to Southeast Asia, the Americas, Europe, Australia and other regions.
