NewTimeSpace News: Per information published on the HKEX official website, the Main Board listing application filed by Dizal (Jiangsu) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. on 23 January 2026 has lapsed after the six-month validity window expired. Goldman Sachs and Huatai International served as joint sponsors upon submission.
Founded in 2017 and spun out from AstraZeneca, Dizal Pharma is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical enterprise.
The Group owns two marketed medicines:ZEGFROVY® (Sunvozertinib): The world’s only approved small-molecule targeted therapy for patients with EGFR exon 20 insertion mutation non-small cell lung cancer, launched in China and approved in the United States. It is the sole small-molecule agent recommended by the authoritative international NCCN Guidelines for this indication.Golidocitinib (brand name: Gaoruizhe®): The world’s first and only approved JAK1 inhibitor for relapsed or refractory peripheral T-cell lymphoma (r/r PTCL).
