NewTimeSpace News: Shanghai Shengsheng Pharmaceutical Cold Chain Technology Co., Ltd. submitted the listing application to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 22 July 2026. CICC and Sinolink Securities (Hong Kong) are appointed as joint sponsors.

The Company is a leading integrated temperature-controlled supply chain service provider serving China’s pharmaceutical and life science sectors. It focuses primarily on temperature-controlled supply chain services for clinical trials, and extends its business to temperature-controlled logistics services for commercial medical products, as well as R&D and manufacturing of temperature-controlled equipment and materials. Its service portfolio covers project management, clinical packaging and labelling, temperature-controlled packaging, warehousing and logistics, medicine retrieval and destruction, delivering end-to-end full-cycle support for clinical trial cold chains from pre-trial setup to post-trial data retention.

The Group also independently develops temperature-controlled equipment, mainly including temperature-controlled packaging containers, mini cold storage units and liquid nitrogen tanks, alongside core components such as VIP panels and PCM panels. Per Frost & Sullivan data based on 2025 revenue, the Company ranks as China’s largest temperature-controlled supply chain service provider for pharmaceuticals and life sciences, and is the sole Chinese player within the global top ten clinical trial temperature-controlled supply chain service providers.

During the track record period, the Group has served more than 7,000 customers, covering leading biopharmaceutical and biotech firms, central laboratories, CROs and CDMOs across a wide spectrum of therapeutic areas.
