AULTON Refiles HKEX Listing Application, Ranking 3rd Nationwide by Battery Swapping Station Operation Revenue
NewTimeSpace News:Aulton New Energy Co., Ltd.submitted a second listing application to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 19 July 2026, with CMB International Capital Corporation Limited appointed as sole sponsor.
AULTON is an established participant in China’s battery swapping sector, committed to building a comprehensive portfolio of products and services covering the full battery swapping ecosystem. It develops and sells battery swapping modules to support compatible electric vehicle models, as well as battery swapping stations to roll out battery swapping infrastructure. According to research from CIC (China Insights Consultancy), the Group secured the third position across China by revenue derived from battery swapping station operation services in 2025.
