MGS Eco-Home Limited: HKEX IPO Application Lapsed, Products Adopted for Daxing Airport & Palace Museum Renovation
NewTimeSpace News: The Hong Kong listing application of MGS Eco-Home Limited submitted on 16 January 2026 has lapsed upon expiry of the six-month validity period. CITIC Securities acted as the original sole sponsor. According to CIC, measured by 2024 revenue, the Company is China’s third-largest green wood-based panel service provider and ranks among the top 15 green customised home furnishing suppliers in China.

Founded in 1995, the Company is an integrated green home furnishing service provider. With over 30 years of development, it has built the well-known brand “MOGANSHAN” with nationwide influence. Starting from wood-based panels, the Group has gradually established a diversified product portfolio catering to core green home furnishing demands, supplying eco-friendly wood-based panels as well as customised home furnishing products and related services.
Per CIC research, based on revenue in 2024, the Company ranks as China’s third-largest green wood-based panel service provider and one of the top 15 suppliers of green customised home furnishings in China. Its products are included in the national government green procurement list and have been deployed in key national projects including Beijing Daxing International Airport, CCTV Headquarters and renovation works of the Palace Museum in Beijing. As at 30 September 2025, the Group maintained a distribution network of 875 dealers covering all provinces of China and more than 60 overseas countries and regions.
