Direct Drive Passes HKEX Listing Hearing, Vying to Be the "First Direct-Drive Power Module Stock"

NewTimeSpace News: Direct Drive Tech Limited (Benmo Power (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd.) passed the main board listing hearing of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 29 June, aiming to become the first listed firm focused on direct-drive power modules. CITIC Securities acts as the sole sponsor. According to Frost & Sullivan, measured by 2025 revenue, the Company ranks No.1 in China’s consumer robot direct-drive power module market with a dominant 61.1% market share; it ranks second in China’s two-wheeled biped robot sector with an 18.6% market share.

NewTimeSpace News: Per disclosures on HKEXnews, Direct Drive Tech Limited (Benmo Power (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd.) cleared the HKEX Main Board listing hearing on 29 June 2026, targeting the title of the "first direct-drive power module stock", with CITIC Securities serving as the sole sponsor.

Direct Drive Tech is a robotics technology enterprise centered on proprietary direct-drive technology. Its core revenue stream comes from sales of robot power modules, supplemented by finished robot sales. Per Frost & Sullivan industry research, based on full-year 2025 revenue:It holds a 61.1% market share and takes the top spot in China’s consumer robot direct-drive power module market, making it the clear leader of this niche segment;It ranks eighth in China’s overall consumer robot power module market with a 2.4% share;In finished robot hardware, it ranks second in China’s two-wheeled biped robot market (18.6% share) and fourth in China’s wheeled-biped robot market (4.7% share).

The Company launched its D1 robot in October 2025, the world’s first commercially launched fully modular two-wheeled biped robot. It is also one of the few global players capable of realizing swarm control for wheeled-biped robots.
