NewTimeSpace News: On 3 November 2026, Direct Drive Tech Limited (stock code: 06731) said it signed a strategic cooperation agreement with EVERYBOT Inc. (KOSDAQ: 270660.KS), covering cooperation across several areas for three years from the date of signing.
The cooperation covers joint marketing, trade show demonstrations, pilot projects and customer referrals in global markets; joint research and development for localisation in manufacturing, logistics and elderly care; and a distribution mandate under which Everybot will import, distribute, market, install and service the Company's robot and power module products in Korea across online, offline, public-sector and enterprise channels. The Company called the deal an important start for its global embodied intelligence strategy, adding that Everybot and its ultimate beneficial owners are independent third parties.
