NewTimeSpace News: As disclosed by HKEX, Chaozhou Three-Circle (Group) Co., Ltd. (300408.SZ) filed its second listing application for the HKEX Main Board on June 8, 2026, with China Galaxy International acting as the sole sponsor.
The company has been dedicated to advanced electronic ceramic materials and components for over 55 years. It has built a product portfolio consisting of electronic and ceramic materials, electronic components, communication devices and equipment assemblies, covering core application areas such as communications, AI and data centers, consumer electronics, automotive electronics, semiconductor manufacturing and packaging, new energy and intelligent industrial control.
According to Frost & Sullivan data, three of the company’s products rank first in the global market. From 2023 to 2025, it recorded an average gross profit margin of approximately 40% and an average net profit margin of over 29%. The compound annual growth rate of revenue exceeded 24%, while that of net profit stood at around 28%. The average cooperation period with major clients reaches 12 years, and overseas revenue accounts for more than 19% of total revenue on average.
