(06951.HK) launches its public offering subscription on 30 June, with each board lot consisting of 100 shares and an entry fee of roughly HK$10,131.16. The Company plans to offer approximately 71.36 million shares globally, with a maximum indicative offer price capped at HK$100.3, and listing is scheduled for 9 July. The issuer has introduced 17 cornerstone investors including Temasek, JPMAMAPL, CPE River and Alibaba Investment. Calculated at the maximum offer price, their aggregate subscription amounts to around US$455 million, accounting for roughly 49.81% of all Global Offer Shares.

The total number of Global Offer Shares stands at around 71.36 million, of which roughly 7.13 million shares are reserved for the Hong Kong Public Offering, with an estimated total fundraising size of HK$7.046 billion.

In terms of cornerstone placement, the Company has secured 17 cornerstone investors with committed subscriptions as follows: Temasek (US$50 million), JPMorgan (US$50 million), CPE River (US$50 million), Ninety One Asia (US$30 million), Alibaba Investment (US$30 million), Huanghe Fund (US$25 million) and others. Collectively, these investors will subscribe for around 35.55 million shares with a total consideration of approximately US$455 million, representing roughly 49.81% of all Global Offer Shares.
