Senior Tech Passes HKEX Listing Hearing, World’s No.1 Dry-process Lithium Battery Separator Supplier
NewTimeSpace News: Shenzhen Senior Technology Material Co., Ltd. (300568.SZ) passed the Main Board listing hearing of HKEX on June 3, with China Securities International acting as the sole sponsor. A lithium battery separator producer, the firm has ranked second globally by shipment volume for six consecutive years; it takes the top spot worldwide for dry-process separators and fourth for wet-process separators.
NewTimeSpace News: As disclosed by HKEX, Shenzhen Senior Technology Material Co., Ltd. cleared its Main Board listing hearing on June 3, 2026, with China Securities International appointed as sole sponsor.
Founded in 2003, Senior boasts over two decades of experience in the R&D, production and sales of lithium battery separators. Per Frost & Sullivan statistics, its total lithium battery separator shipments have secured the world’s second position for six straight years, capturing an 11.6% global market share in 2025 and ranking second in mainland China’s domestic separator market.
By shipment volume in 2025, the company commanded around 21.5% of the global dry-process separator market to lead the global ranking, alongside a 9.0% share for wet-process separators, ranking fourth globally. It is the first domestic Chinese manufacturer and one of the few enterprises mastering three core production technologies covering dry-process, wet-process and coated separators simultaneously.
