Bethel Automotive Safety Systems Files for HKEX Listing, Ranked No.1 in China Domestic EPB & Brake-by-Wire Markets

According to Frost & Sullivan, the company took the leading position among Chinese brands in domestic EPB market with 14.2% market share and domestic Brake-by-Wire market with 8.6% market share in 2025.
NewTimeSpace News: As disclosed by HKEX, Bethel Automotive Safety Systems Co., Ltd. (603596.SH) filed its main board listing application on May 21, 2026, and appointed CICC as the sole sponsor.
Founded in 2004, Bethel focuses on the R&D and manufacturing of automotive intelligent chassis systems. It has built full-stack independent R&D capabilities covering braking, steering, suspension and intelligent driving systems.
Per Frost & Sullivan data, it is the first Chinese brand and the world’s second player to realize mass production of EPB, the world’s pioneer in mass-producing dual-control EPB system, the first Chinese brand to achieve ESC mass production, the first Chinese brand to launch and produce One-Box brake-by-wire products, and the world’s first enterprise making technological breakthrough and realizing mass production of fully dry electromechanical braking system.
In 2025, it secured the top ranking among Chinese brand suppliers in China’s EPB and Brake-by-Wire markets, with respective market shares of 14.2% and 8.6%.
