LONKING (03339.HK): Wang Xiaobin named executive director, president

NewTimeSpace News: On 3 November 2026, LONKING HOLDINGS LIMITED (stock code: 03339) appointed Wang Xiaobin as an executive director and president with effect from the same date, while Li Xinyan resigned as president of the Group, remaining chairman and chief executive officer to focus on its long-term strategy.

Wang, 49, joined the Group in June 1998 and has served as board secretary and deputy director of its strategic governance committee, overseeing marketing since 2016. He has about 28 years of corporate management experience. He signed a three-year service agreement starting 3 November 2026, with remuneration yet to be finalised, and his directorship runs until the first annual general meeting after appointment. Wang confirmed no other listed company directorships in the past three years, no ties to directors, senior management or substantial shareholders, and no interest in the Company's shares.
