JENSCARE-B (09877.HK) : presents LuX-Valve Plus trial results at TCT 2026

NewTimeSpace News: On 2 November 2026, Ningbo Jenscare Scientific Co., Ltd. (JENSCARE-B, 09877.HK) disclosed that the 6-month follow-up results of TRAVEL III, the multi-centre randomised controlled trial of its self-developed LuX-Valve Plus transcatheter tricuspid valve replacement system, and the 2-year follow-up results of the multi-centre TRAVEL II trial, were presented at TCT 2026.

In TRAVEL III, 118 patients with severe tricuspid regurgitation were treated, including 76 in the TTVR plus optimal medical therapy (OMT) arm and 42 in the OMT-alone arm. The procedural success rate reached 98.7%, and the primary composite endpoint was met in 82.9% of the combination arm, significantly higher than 4.8% in the OMT arm. The 6-month composite safety event rate was 13.2%, remaining manageable.

TRAVEL II enrolled 96 patients across 15 centres in China, with a device success rate of 96.8% and procedural success rate of 95.8%. At the 2-year follow-up, 96.8% of patients had NYHA class I/II, with stable valve function and a low safety-event rate. As of the announcement date, LuX-Valve Plus has been implanted in over 1,200 patients globally with the longest follow-up exceeding seven years, and has obtained EU MDR CE certification and FDA approval to conduct a US confirmatory trial. The company cautioned there is no guarantee it will ultimately develop and commercialise the product.
