NT PHARMA (01011.HK) seeks to set aside RMB92m arbitration award and sues to buy back 25.3% Beijing Kangchen stake

NT PHARMA (01011.HK) seeks to set aside a CIETAC award of about RMB92m, and its unit Tailin Asia sues to force Beijing Kangchen to buy back its 25.3% stake.

NewTimeSpace News: China NT Pharma Group Company Limited (NT PHARMA, 01011.HK) announced it has applied to the people's court to set aside the first arbitration award, while wholly-owned subsidiary NT Pharma (Asia) Limited has filed a lawsuit over its stake in Beijing Kangchen Bio-technology Co., Ltd.

NT Pharma Asia currently holds about 25.3% of Beijing Kangchen, with the remainder mainly held by the Kangchen party (Beijing Konruns Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., A-share 603590.SH and its associates). In the first arbitration, CIETAC ruled on 17 July 2026 that the company and connected parties must pay about RMB92 million in total. The company strongly disputes the award and has filed a set-aside application.

NT Pharma Asia believes Beijing Kangchen has prejudiced minority shareholders' interests and has filed a lawsuit with the Beijing court, seeking to force Beijing Kangchen to buy back its about 25.3% stake. The company said it will safeguard its rights through all lawful means, with daily operations remaining normal.
