DUFU LIQUOR GP (00986.HK): Appoints Independent Non-Executive Director
NewTimeSpace News: On 30 October 2026, Dufu Liquor Group Limited (stock code: 00986) announced that its board has appointed Li Jie as an independent non-executive director and a member of the audit committee, effective 30 October 2026.
The announcement stated that Li, aged 43, obtained a bachelor's degree in business administration from Beihang University in 2007 and has more than 10 years of business management experience. He served as general manager of Greater China at Chiho Environmental Group Limited (stock code: 00976) from 2024 to 2026, and was previously an independent non-executive director of Loncin Motor Co., Ltd. (SSE stock code: 603766). Li has entered into a one-year appointment letter with the company at an annual remuneration of HKD 120,000.
The company said that, following Li's appointment, the three independent non-executive directors account for one-third of the board and the company has three audit committee members, and it has fully re-complied with Rules 3.10(1) and 3.21 of the Listing Rules.
