MANULIFE US REIT Completes Disposal of Figueroa Property in Los Angeles, Meeting Minimum Sales Target of USD 328.7 Million
NewTimeSpace News: On June 10, 2026, MANULIFE US REIT announced that Hancock S-REIT LA Corp, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, finalized the disposal of the Figueroa property in Los Angeles on June 9, 2026 (US time).
Following the transaction, MANULIFE US REIT owns a total of six properties across the United States with an aggregate leasable area of approximately 2.8 million square feet. The deal has also fulfilled the minimum sales target of USD 328.7 million set under the overall restructuring agreement.
