YUEXIU PROPERTY (00123.HK): wins Chengdu Tianfu New Area residential plot for RMB659.18 million

NewTimeSpace News: According to the HKEX on October 29, Yuexiu Property Company Limited ("Yuexiu Property", 00123.HK) announced that on October 29, 2026, through Chengdu Junrui Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary in which it holds a 95.475% interest), it successfully won a land parcel in Tianfu New Area, Chengdu, at RMB659,181,339 through public listing, with plot number TF(070102):2026-015.

According to the announcement, the parcel has a site area of about 25,256 square meters and a total gross floor area of about 72,801 square meters, of which the plot-ratio floor area is about 50,512 square meters. It is planned for residential use, with the residential properties for sale. Located in the Qinhuan Temple section of the core area of Tianfu New Area, the parcel is well-developed, adjacent to Yazhou Road in the east and Fuzhou Road in the north, about 500 meters from the Qinhuan Temple metro station, with schools, parks and shopping malls nearby.

The company said the board believes the acquisition at a reasonable cost will increase its quality land bank and further strengthen its strategic position in Chengdu.
