YUEXIU PROPERTY (00123.HK): Subsidiary Proposes to Issue Phase 3 Corporate Bonds of Up to RMB2 Billion with 5-Year and 7-Year Trches

NewTimeSpace News: On 27 July, Yuexiu Property Company Limited (00123.HK) announced that its subsidiary plans to issue Phase 3 corporate bonds of up to RMB2 billion consisting of 5-year and 7-year tranches with interest rate adjustment, put and call provisions. The bonds carry AAA credit rating and proceeds will be utilised for debt repayment. Interest rates will be determined via bookbuilding.

NewTimeSpace News: On 27 July 2026, Yuexiu Property Company Limited (00123.HK) issued a voluntary announcement stating that Guangzhou City Construction & Development Co., Ltd., an indirect Chinese subsidiary in which the Company holds a 95% equity interest, intends to issue the third tranche of corporate bonds in 2026 with a maximum issuance size of RMB2 billion.

The bonds comprise two tranches. Tranche One is a 5-year fixed-rate bond (with interest rate adjustable at the end of the third year, embedded with issuer call option and investor put option). Tranche Two is a 7-year fixed-rate bond (with interest rate adjustable at the end of the fifth year, embedded with issuer call option and investor put option). A switchback option between tranches is adopted without restriction on switchback ratio. Both the issuer and the bond instrument have obtained AAA credit rating from CCXI International. Net proceeds after deducting issuance expenses will be used to repay maturing corporate bonds and corporate bonds subject to call redemptions.
