The 3rd tranche of publicly offered corporate bonds for professional investors launched in 2022 by its subsidiary Guangzhou Urban Construction & Development Co., Ltd. will distribute interest on June 24, 2026.

The interest accrual period runs from June 24, 2025 to June 23, 2026. The coupon rate stands at 3.37%. Each lot with a face value of RMB 1,000 will receive interest of RMB 33.70 (tax included). The bond registration date is June 23, 2026, and the interest payment date is June 24, 2026.
