ANDRE JUICE (02218.HK): RMB50m Private Equity Fund Investment Completes Filing

NewTimeSpace News: On 26 October 2026, Yantai North Andre Juice Co., Ltd. (stock code: 2218) published an overseas regulatory announcement reproducing the progress announcement it posted on the Shanghai Stock Exchange website the same day. As a limited partner, the Company has committed RMB50 million of its own funds to Sichuan Dingliang Weilai Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership), a fund initiated by Chengdu Dingxing Quantum Investment Management Co., Ltd., which has committed capital of RMB300 million, giving the Company a 16.67% interest.

The partnership completed its business registration in August 2026 and, on 15 September 2026, completed registrations to increase its total investment and admit new partners, raising the fund size from RMB300 million to RMB515 million. The Company's commitment remained RMB50 million, cutting its interest to 9.71%.

The Company has been notified by the fund manager that the fund completed its private fund filing with the Asset Management Association of China on 23 October 2026 (manager: Chengdu Dingxing Quantum Investment Management; custodian: China CITIC Bank). As at the date of the announcement, the Company had paid in RMB15 million. The Company said the investment will help it draw on the manager's team and resources to capture opportunities in electronics and other sectors, is funded entirely from its own resources and will not materially affect operations or financial position. It cautioned that private funds have long investment cycles and weak liquidity, with risks that returns may fall short or principal may be impaired.
