NewTimeSpace News: On 22 October 2026, Ocean One Holding Ltd. (stock code: 09876) announced a delay in despatching the circular relating to the acquisition of the property, which constitutes a major transaction: under Rule 14.41(a) of the Listing Rules, the Company was required to despatch to shareholders, within 15 business days after the announcement dated 29 September 2026 (i.e. on or before 22 October 2026), a circular containing further details of the acquisition.
