Zheshang International Financial Holdings stated in its Hong Kong stock market outlook: Fundamentals: bottoming out and stabilizing, but domestic demand and financing demand still need further improvement. Policy: continued efforts provide support for economic growth. Liquidity: US inflation came in lower than expected, coupled with a weakening job market, and expectations for a wait-and-see stance in October monetary policy are rising. Sentiment: after a phase of correction, risk appetite has turned cautious, and the market may continue to see choppy and structural moves in the short term.
In terms of sector allocation, it favors innovative drugs and AI semiconductors, which have relatively high industry prosperity and are backed by industry trends and policy catalysts; at the same time, it pays attention to the state-owned and central enterprise dividend sectors with stable earnings and low valuations; against the backdrop of high overseas interest rates, telecommunications, utilities, and some high-dividend local financial stocks still hold defensive value.
