160 HEALTH (02656.HK): first contract under RMB 650m framework signed

NewTimeSpace News: On 13 October 2026, 160 Health International Limited (stock code: 02656.HK) announced progress under a strategic cooperation framework. Following its 16 September 2026 inside information announcement, Shenzhen 160 Network Technology Co., Ltd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, signed a framework agreement with a national high-tech enterprise in enterprise-grade computing infrastructure (the Partner) worth an estimated RMB 650 million, and has now formally signed the first sales contract under it, worth about RMB 42 million.

The subsidiary will deliver AI computing infrastructure and related services under the contract and the Partner's project arrangements. The Board said the signing marks a move from framework intent to execution, with the estimated RMB 650 million scale gradually being realised. The contract is not a discloseable transaction under Chapter 14 or a connected transaction under Chapter 14A of the Listing Rules.
