SAMSONITE (01910.HK): Closes Acquisition of BÉIS, an 85%-Owned Subsidiary

(stock code: 01910) announced that all of the conditions to complete the acquisition of BÉIS, LLC ("BÉIS") under the Membership Interest Purchase Agreement have been satisfied, and Closing took place on 1 October 2026. Upon Closing, BÉIS became an indirect, 85%-owned subsidiary of the Company.
The Company refers to its announcement dated 13 August 2026 in relation to the proposed acquisition of BÉIS through an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
